Aluminum Foil Tapes for Heat Shielding and Radiant Heat Protection

The Aluminum Foil Tapes are designed for thermal insulation and lagging applications that require heat reflectivity.  Though aluminum foil tape is suitable for many heat shielding and high temperature lagging applications, it is not suitable for applications in which the foil will be subject to stretching, twisting, vibration, or other repetitive movements. Once aluminum foil tape is bent or crinkled, the creases cannot be removed. our Aluminum Foil Tapes are available with a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing designed to hold the tape in place during application.

Our Multilayer Aluminized Tapes (not foil) are a better option for heat shielding applications that require a tape that can withstand stretching, twisting, vibration, or other repetitive movements. the Multilayer Aluminized Tapes are laminated with a more durable aluminized film that offers superior durability and flex-bond while still reflecting up to 95% of radiant heat. Most  Aluminized Fabrics can be slit into custom tape widths.
